Request deletion of your Monte account and personal data

This page is for anyone who has ever created a Monte account — Parent, Guide, Director, Assistant, or support staff — and would like us to delete their personal information. You do not need to be signed in to make the request.

What happens when you submit a request

When we receive your request, we will verify your identity by email. Within 30 days of verification, we will delete your account credentials, personal profile, messages you sent, device push tokens, and any personal content you uploaded. Some data may be retained for legal and school-compliance reasons — see our Privacy Policy for specifics.

What the school keeps

If you are a Guide or Director, classroom and student records you authored on behalf of the school remain with the school as education records (FERPA). If you are a Parent, your child’s records remain with the school; you may also request correction or deletion through your school.

Fill out the form below. We will send a confirmation email to the address you provide within one business day.

Signed-in users can delete in-app under Settings → Account → Delete Account. You can also email privacy@montepals.com directly.
